Corrections, missing options, and honest answers about which count to buy. Orders, returns and refunds live with the retailer, and always will.
One inbox, and a person at the end of it
One address, read by the people who write the pages. No ticket number, no chat widget in the corner, no phone queue and no form that swallows what you typed: you write, a person reads it, and a reply comes back inside two working days. Weekday mornings Eastern Time are quickest; anything sent late on a Friday is answered Monday.
Name the page you are writing about — the family, or the shelf — and the answer comes back in one round instead of three.
What this inbox is good for
A number here is wrong
A price, a count, a stated dimension, a stock status, a per-piece figure that does not divide the way the page claims. Tell us which page and we check it against the source and change it. Corrections are the most useful mail this site gets, and nobody here treats them as complaints.
Which count should I buy
Often the honest answer is the smaller one, and it turns on things no catalogue can see: how much shelf you have, whether the lids survive a year, whether a set of twenty-four is twenty-four you will use. Describe the situation and you get an opinion, not a link.
A specification we did not print
Whether a carafe clears a fridge door shelf, whether a liner suits your basket diameter, whether a lid is airtight or merely dust-proof, how tall a jar stands with the lid on. If the listing is silent we will say it is silent rather than guess on your behalf.
An option we have missed
81 options across 26 families are catalogued here today. If the range has gained a count, a capacity or a colour, we would rather hear it from you this week than find it ourselves in six months.
Press, partnership and wholesale enquiries go to the same address and are read first.
What has to go to the retailer instead
Anything to do with an order that already exists. Where the parcel is, sending it back, getting the money back, a glass that arrived cracked, a lid that will not seal, a warranty claim.
This is not a brush-off, it is the shape of the thing: we take no payment, hold no stock, ship nothing, and cannot see your account, your order or your address. There is no screen we can open on which your order appears. The fastest route is your order history on the retailer’s site, where somebody can actually act — writing here first only costs you a day.

The hours above are when the inbox is read, not when a shop is open: there is no counter to walk into, and an invented street would be the one fact on this page that anyone could check and nobody could defend. Everything else here is a working detail.
